Testing template

Suggestion: WO+ members should immediately put testing template (of course if application is fine) after someone made application.
Explanation: Well, after someone sends application, whenever some WO+ member sees application, he should immdiately post testing template.
Reason: Because there are many players in game that ask whether is their application good or not and they would then know did they make proper application or not. Also, for those who just applied for SWAT and they are not met well with server, they would at least know the names of testers. Also, there are few applications that still have 0 replies, I mean, WOs should put testing template. Hope you got me, thanks!
