Hello,

I've decided to resign as a Chief Editor and I've decided to assign a new Chief Editor. He's been working hard and has shown his dedication to the newspaper and will therefor be the new Chief editor.

The New Chief Editor is: I hope he'll make sure the newspaper will stay as good as it is now. as for the forum rights, If a Senior sees this I hope he can give it to him.
