Buying a donated LSA house, preferably close to the checkpoint. Don't offer any house which is located at El corona.

EDIT: Looking also for a house which has 24/7 interior and is in crowded area (close to PD, Idlewood, Jefferson, near carshops,...)

I im selling a Lsa house as u know. You can reach checkpoint by walking few steps over the building. And there is heli 24/7 in front of house.
Not donated but that doesn't matter since it will be undonated once you buy a donated house.
