Restricting voting system

Name: [Lsrcr]Loudy
Suggestion(s): Restricting voting to Corporal+ ranks.
Why would it be useful: Well, I (and am sure some of the others) more feel like army have lost its importance. New players just keep on voting Positive to the others just because they live in their country or they are friends, Ignoring the other facts that a player must have good attitude overall with EVERYONE. Not only with him/her. I believe Corporals+ (I was going to suggest sergeant+ but okay..) ranks are mature and enough experience to judge new players those who are dedicated to join our elite force, without ignoring the other facts. How will this help? Well, it'll probably deny some of the stupid & immature (Sorry but it's true) players from our team, instead of filling it up with **** players.
Note; Not pointing some one specific person only, but, few. You yourself know about yourself & what people think about you so I don't have to mention names. Explain your reason clearly if you're going with "-1". Not just write ''-1''.
Additional comments: N/A.

You aren't a member, and you know you shouldn't vote here.

I'm going
+1, also we need some good templates.

I'm surprisingly finding myself posting +1 for this
This suggestion is simply amazing, we have over hundred members, this adds more value to ranks itself and keeping the positives limited for people who been army for a while, also it's not hard to get to the CPL rank, either by being active or by doing ribbons

I'm up for this!

I am neutral because of this. Why? Because how do you know what is on mind every of us.Being a higher rank doesn't mean he wouldn't give other player positive because he is his friend or from his country, that's still possiable.Voting is something for wich everyone of us should do and actually we do on our own ways.I don't say this ain't usefull, but even highest rank officer can give someone postive just because he is his friend from real life, and we can't know that, there is no way for that. But I also think this not so bad suggestion, that's why I give NEUTRAL .

Well, like cyborg said, we have over 100 members, imagine 10 players (Newly accepted/PVT) giving him positive but other 5 (High ranks) dislike his attitude. He'd get accepted and then later on annoy half. Also, our 30-40 members rarely logs onto forums or vote.

I have stopped voting from the past few months since i felt like my vote doesn't have any value over other 10 positives. The person who have applied is very much clear that he have 10 friends who is going to give him Positive and so he can annoy other five because simply he doesn't care about their votes. I felt like army, from the past few months, is recruiting stupid (Not all but most) players those who asslick before and change their attitude rapidly after joining army/swat. E.G; Laki4006, his attitude was awesome before he was invited in army. Now, I always find him bitching around with members (Not only army but most of us [Not in army skin but still before he was all good]. Crashing planes on innocents to disturb their gameplay) and then enjoying while watching them rage.

I was going to suggest it 'Sergeant+' but as I viewed member list I decided it to keep it Corporal+.
