If that house isn't on sale, this means you can't buy it. You'll have to contact the owner of the house and wait till he comes In-game. However, you can donate for that house 6DP or 9DP (if it is donated) since "the owner" last seen was 736384 days ago. Contact the admin if you are intrested and if you got 6DP/9DP.
