Additional information: Here is the scenario. Shepherd was having a hit contract and I was following him in a vortex and I thought I'll get him when he comes out of the tank but instead he rammed me. I don't know why but this seemed intentional. When he rammed me for the 1st time I thought was just joking, but then when he rammed me the second time it was intentional. He was enjoying it as on the main chat he said 'Allahu akbhar'. Strict action needs to be taken against such rule breakers.

So first of all, I want to say that I had hit by dollar man and you also came to kill me I wasn't into ram you but it was about to fight I wasn't knew that you'll get a lot of damage and explosion. I agree with that I rammed you which was about offering you to get out and fight but you kept using it vortex has a bad character which gets exploded by a single ram and I avoid using it against someone, these situations always happens in the community also several times as a mistake, I feel apologize for it, I wasn't about to break a rule or harm you through tank.
In the first proof you've given, Before it APEX was shooting you that he had hit, apex had decreased your vortex health and we both had hit which also goes to APEX name in the kill list.
But I didn't know you'll get the explosion, I believe I've made a mistake but I wasn't into killing you also you were shooting me through the vortex and several times I didn't ram you as purpose you was trying to take close your vortex to get destroyed.
Saying the word Allah-Akbar wasn't pointing on you, I've killed some other wanted who were using vortexes simple as that, Saying the word isn't for y'all it is only for me and I am taking pride saying the word.

About you said in your reason that I was enjoying doing it, Honestly, I don't and that is my nature doing everything have its enjoyment not by harming or going against someone.

The day I joined army, I've never leaked a rule as everyone knows and/or in future, I don't have any idea to break the rule, I believe it as a mistake which I agree that is probably yes.
