When i donate for 5$ frist and after month or week or year or day and i donate second time for 5$ i will get the tag ?? beacause the tag for 10$ ??

Yes you will. Donator tag is given after you have donated $10 or more towards the server.

After you have donated a total of $10, then you can get the green name. This means you can donate $9 now and $1 later, or in other possible ways.
