Prize depends on winning position:
1st position will receive 4 jailcards.
2nd position will receive 1 jailcard.
3rd position will receive 500k in-game cash.

Challenge:
• Arrest 20 most wanted suspects.
• Kill 10 highly wanted suspects with chainsaw.
