Suggestion headline: Add a checkpoint where SWAT can take someone in jail.

Importance of suggestion: 10/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players)
Why should it be accepted: Because if SWAT comes to Alcatraz and drags a suspect, he must go back to Los Santos or somewhere else to take suspect. If it would be added, he would just take the wanted to the checkpoint.
