Why should it be accepted:
Vortex is SUPPOSED to be a pretty special "aimbot" vehicle, only for players who donate 3 DPs per month for it, now it's a common thing around. Take for example Terrorists, spawn as Terrorist, take your guns and get in a vortex, rob a store and then get out and let the cop hunting begin, it doesn't even have rules. And let's compare it to Army with it's special vehicles: You need to pass the test to get into Army / Terrorists and use the special vehicles they have, but Army has a LOT of rules for Rhino, Tank, Hydra, Hunter, Sea Sparrow bla bla bla, while in Terrorists Vortex doesn't even have rules, just spawn in skin, get in your vortex, rob a store and hunt down every LEO until you die, then just get another Vortex! Since when was Vortex a cheap vehicle that you can get in a group by simply passing a test with barely any rules? It's one of the most OP vehicles in the game (along with most Army vehicles, but they have a lot of rules) yet now it's just a cheap thing you can get by passing a test for a group with no need to donate for it, with barely any rules in it's usage. It was fine when you had to donate 3 DPs for it every month or just get it from someone who's renting it only for a lil while, it was a pretty special vehicle all around but now it's just another vehicle you can get by passing a test with barely any rules in using it. And I know there are a lot of ways to wreck a Vortex as a LEO, but this doesn't make any sense. It's ruining the server IMO. Also, I'm ready for all the -1s, come at me but I'm done with this, Vortex should not be in any group at all, it's supposed to be a special aimbot vehicle, not just a thing you can get by passing a test now with almost no rules, lame.

Hell yes, this is way too OP for groups, should be limited to donators only, and let's say it's a reason why some groups are even still alive.

There are many ways to wreck vortex, but when 3 vortexes in the same time attack you. Adding that they spawn next to PD (the best location to spawn).

+1. It's either they put rules for the vortex (not to drive-by using it), or the vehicle is removed from said groups and be available in the condition of donation as it was before. Its way too OP currently and a solution has to be found.

We are planning to get them for LSPD United, with rules of course. But as LSPD United is LEO only, we can strike back!

If vortex isn't built-in for Terrorists,I bet half of ther current number will not be there.They are just there because vortex,so they can do massive cophunt,but when they become red and army member /su them with rhino,they do /q.I think that vehicle it should be allowed only for players who buy it with dps,no gruop should give their members free using it !

Absynth and all the members of Absynth crew rarely use vortex. There are only 4 vortex from which 1 of them is barely taken by someone in a day.

As for suggestion, I support you because it's really annoying that players getting OP vehicles without donating. It was suggested before but don't know why there's no restrictions yet.
