fraps has two modes to record full and half I recorded in half maybe that was about screen size idk much about fraps and now I don't record vidz cause fraps records vodz in large sizes. and please don't blame me for hax if you have proofs report it on report section not here please

I never heard of Fraps having two recording models, but yet there can be a tons of other reason for you to have that bottom hidden.

That means something different then the screen, it's the amount of pixels. This wouldn't cause some parts of the screen to not be visible.
