Why should it be accepted: Why? Well, you can see, when there are around 20 players, around 3 admins are on. Right now, when I post this, there are around 75 and only Nitin is online. It's because of the GMT. He can't even RP in Pagati because he's dealing with things. So I suggest, put testers. These guys, will be the one to answer questions even about rules or commands, on the forum/server(main chat and /ask). They will also help the admins test bugs reported in the bug report section. This way, admins can do their job. /ask questions can still be answered by admins like the system now. You just gotta put a requirement(of course). Like, atleast 3000 score and 30 days in the server(just an example, you can make it more or less) to be sure that those guys won't just leave the server.

also i got ideas for it, maybe it can have access for the kick command ONLY FOR kicking hackers, they would have access to the reports, spectating people, they only can take care of hacking reports tho, maybe they can be named "Helpers" not "Testers" tho, right? :3

If the admin is too busy with reports and cant handle with ask then he can do /blockask, and all questions are going to be moved to a Tagged group chat where tagged members do the job instead of admin?

+1, but only if its a selected group of people. Not all the tagged members would be serious, and some might give a sarcastic answer as well. It could also be abused, leading to more reports and admin duty, nullifying its purpose. We should have a team sort of thing like /absylist and all /ask are redirected there. If the group feels that the question requires administrator's attention, it would be escalated. Just saying.

When "Testers" go inactive, then you will suggest tester testers or what? -1.
