Houses For Sale - LSRCR UCP

Suggestion headline: Create a page in the user control panel where you can purchase houses.
Why should we accept this: Have you ever thought of an easier way to purchase houses without having to drive around the place trying to find houses that are on sale? Today, I present to you a suggestion which will make life a lot easier for all of you.
This concept is quite similar to online shopping or an estate agency. You would login to your UCP and go onto the 'Houses for Sale' page. From there, you'll be able to browse a large list of houses that are on sale, including the owner's name, the location, the price and even a button which allows you to purchase it on the spot.
Players would be able to add their houses onto the page and set a price and even add images to the advertisement. I personally believe that this would make house-buying a lot more interesting. Restrictions could also be added, such as the house must have donation status to allow you to sell your house on the page.
