Promotions and other announcements! (3/10/2016)

Hello, everyone. There have been some promotions. Congratulations to [Lsrcr]Jensen and [Lsrcr]Duffey on becoming official Fearful Leaders of the group!
Also, [Lsrcr]Yuvi's creativity on the recent Marathon Event (Dune vehicle, Monster Truck and BMX to top of Chilliad from Alcatraz) has earned him his spot on the FUN STAFF team, so be sure to respect him a tad bit more.
There have been other promotions. [Lsrcr]Jawzom has been moved to leaders in training.
Congratulations to everyone else who was promoted as well. Not only the above mentioned were promoted, so check the list to see if you're one of them!

NOTE: Asking for promotions is allowed but not guaranteed.
Onto the announcements:
(1) This group becoming official was only the first step. Do understand that you'll all be allocated more to do (kind of like the army has to kill suspect, pagati takes care of hit contracts, SWAT drags people, etc.). We just have to figure out something other people aren't doing, and do that!
(2) There has been some issues within the group. Do understand that I enjoy you guys thoroughly, and would prefer to see you all getting along fine. If there's ever a serious dispute and you need someone to figure it out, I'm indifferent towards both sides, since you're both probably in my group. Henceforth, I'll do all in my power to ensure your flaming war doesn't get you banned. If you have an issue with a fellow FUN member, just PM me and we can solve it.
(3) A base is on the way, and so are commands and stuff! However, we need to deal with announcement 1 first before we finalize things like this. Do be on the lookout!
(4) I'm getting tired of the inactivity on the forums. I understand it's a bit out of the way (in the groups section) so you don't see it as easily, but with 40+ members in a group, we should be getting well over 15 votes per application. I'm going to begin requiring event ideas every couple of weeks to ensure activity, and it'll be required to post in the "Ideas/Organizations". I am pretty annoyed by the lack of activity.
(5) Speaking of activity, when I'm in-game and I call for FUN members to get into skin, you don't necessarily have to get into the FUN skin, but you'd better at least reply. At least tell me you're busy or you're not going to get into the skin. I'm starting to forget half of you that are in here because you're never responsive.
