Notes(if any): I've seen some more players doing the same thing while being in Terrorists skin, but didn't had proof for them. I got this one so I decided to report.

I've forggot to spawn off.That's the problem.Anyway I wasn't spawning at base because you cannot if you are in mech skin and I didn't use cars and I didn't get weaps ( I did get weaps by Akatsuki's base)
