Why should it be accepted: Ok just a simple.If you type 3 time in chat like get spammed. and then if you want type again, the message will be like this "You must wait 20 Seconds to chat again"

It's not a horrible idea but there are times where you're talking in main chat sometimes to get it all out (if it's a large explanation) you need to post like 4 or more in the chat. Although I'm going to stay neutral due to it not being something I can give a + or a - on.
