Suggestion headline: Add an neutral votes in tag applications

Why should it be accepted: Many times tagged members may not know what to vote for an applicant or they may not be sure to add a positive or negative. So i would like there to be a neutral option.

I don't think that's needed, if you don't know the applicant and not sure what to vote , just simply don't vote.

Just don't vote if you want to go neutral.

If you aren't sure that the applicant is worth getting the tag, then just simply don't vote. What's the point of being neutral? It's useless, since you aren't taking neutral votes into consideration.

Not need because admin won't count that votes,the votes just 4 support admin decision

Neutral means negative. So, I don't think this is a clever suggestion.
