shocking with /sh id or name

Suggestion: Being able to shock with /sh id OR name
Reason: Very helpful to robbers
Elaboration: Lets say round the corner an army member shows up, you have shock gun and it's really hard too see his id beacuse he is moving and army's purple color is really specific so its hard to see his id. If you were for example chased by lets say shayan, then you would just type /sh shayan or just /sh shay like it is for /pm. Even for army, you will quickly spot name Shayan but its really difficult to see the number.
