Why should it be accepted: It's annoying that when you kidnap someone with a lot money he just reconnect. Same as hit evade but kidnap

it's not annoying for me though, i only kidnap for fun, if it is annoying for you, then i bet you're not doing it for fun.
plus, IF it is annoying, it is annoying for both sides, the kidnapper and the victim.
No need to force people to stay nor leave, cause its ridiculous.
