you must have done something wrong in installing the crosshair mod.

1.Open Txd Workshop
2.Choose Open TXD
3.Go to ur Gta san andreas folder / models / hud.txd
4.Click on No.4 Option : Name : siteM16
5.Then Choose Import
6.Then Choose the crosshair location where you install it.
7.Then Save TXD or go on File at the left top and choose save
8. Its done have fun.
