Add afk notify

Suggestion headline: When you PM someone which is afk, it will tell you that the player is afk

Importance of suggestion: 10/10
Why should it be accepted: I get many PM's when i am afk and i am sure a lot do. So for someone to understand if a user is afk or not, i would like to notify me when sending the PM for example:
PM to User: Hello
The user is AFK and may not respond.
