i don't know if exzist but i want some mods that improve game quality some streets and hd mods

We don't really know what you want, so I'd suggest you simply install one and try some out .

If you want a texture mode.. download Srt 1.7.
Or tell what specifically what you need. Also check on Misc section there you may get some.
