Suggestion headline: Allowing [Lsrcr] Members to mute players who are spamming the chat

Why should it be accepted: It would be nice if in case the admin is not online and a guy is spamming so tagged members can be given the authority to mute them (only selected tagged members should be allowed - trusted ones)

Only muting not kick/bans

The mute can be be a timed mute between 1-10 minutes.

This can make being a tagged member much more useful rather than just helping new players. Any tagged member busing their power should be punished.

NOTE: This could be used as for community service members too.

For Community Supporters, +1.
Not for all tagged members, and very strict rules.

im not talking about it, if i am using some insulty words to my friends as a joke, i will literally get spammed with all tagged members not to do that. i dont want this
