Other: I Was fixing my Turismo than he planted the bomb and left the garage then blow it

I don't see Critical being in SWAT skin, therefore, if you cannot prove it that it was him, the report will be closed in favor of him (/swatlist with the timestamp that adds up with the SWAT bomb explosion, him on the car nearby you again with the /timestamp or similar proves).

/swatlist and /armylist isnbugged you can't see any online members but you can ask him that it was him or not and by reading that PMs i think every thing is clear.

Nothing is clear. Any of the SWAT member that is CPL+ could detonate it. If you gather better proves, reopen the report.
