Disabling /lock on Vortexes

Why should it be accepted:
Since apparently removing Vortexes from Terrorists is taking forever, can we just mainly make it that you can't /lock a Vortex? There's absolutely no need to remove the aimbot Drastic, if you do make it that you can't /lock a Vortex, Vortexes won't be that hard to arrest anymore. Right now, the ways you can deal with a Vortex are as follows:
1- You take cover behind an object (mostly a car), and then you start shooting the Vortex. In most cases, Vortex user dies and returns with another one.
2- You're a SWAT and you use a SWAT bomb (which in most cases makes the Vortex disappear and the guy doesn't actually die, according to my experience), and then you drag the guy with extremely low HP. / You're Army and you use grenades or whatever (dunno Army rules for these stuff sry) and you kill him.
3- The Vortex is unlocked and you jack it, then arrest the guy. Easy and he'll spam WTF in the chat.
If you make it that you can't /lock any Vortex (just like what you did with the bikes), they won't be really that overpowered anymore, compared to LEOs. And you won't hear many complaints about them. Drastic said that they'll try to alter the way the aimbot works on the Vortex, but don't do that. Just do this instead, it's much better. Come at me with the -1s, Terrorists. I'll accept them with open arms.
