How to suggest a smart suggestion?

Hello,i made this topic to tell you the best way to suggest a smart suggestion(s).Because I saw many random suggestions within few days.
There are many instructions to get a proffecienal suggestion:
1-Spend much time for thinking about it,to get a good idea.
2-Ask you friends first and know their opinions about your suggestion,may they have another opinion,so you will be covinced that you was wrong.
3-An important thing,that you use /adm in-game or PM an admin on forum to ask him about if the STAFF Team can scripte it or no.
4-Suggest an useful suggestion,don't be precipitate just got an idea and suggest it at once.
5-Imagine if it got accepted what would happen,it could be abused or no!
6-Finally,Don't look at one direction,I mean that you should think,if this suggestion useful for me,Army members,S.W.A.T. members,etc.What about normal players it would be also useful for them or no,if no,please don't suggest it.Because it would be selfishness.
