Why should it be accepted: People always report hunt for RP abusers, and people always come across them. It's annoying getting fined for no reason. People always rp you for like "n" "kill me" and a ton of useless reasons. But this can fix that.

Still you can rp abuse, give him just a reason that he never done.

But my suggestion would lower the rates of rp abusing, people might still do it. But won't figure out how to do so right away.
