Suggestion headline: Add the ability of /escape sooner in jail

Why should it be accepted: I think that nowadays, the /escape command is useles. You can use it when you have like 10 seconds left and there is no such lazy player that is going to try to /escape putting hismelf in a risk of failing the escape or getting arrested, everyone is going to wait those couple of seconds. So I suggest that we'll be able to escape sooner, at least when it's 30 seconds jail time left.

If you are going to shorten your cooldown, then make it less possible to /bc. It is really annoying that suspect breaks his cuffs two or more times in a row. It should be around 10 percent.

we can increase the time where you can attempt /escape and then as you pointed out decrease the success percentage of /bc cmd

This! There was a suspect once that manage to breakcuffs three times in row on my watch.

Why not? An advantage to LEOs. They'd never get far before going Alca anyway, and bounty hunters might be given a little use. +1

+1 ... I realize that too.When my friend was playing on his name he was almost all time criminal,and when he get arrested we tried to use /escape but it was almost not possible until last 10-15 seconds.Then it is really useless to do /escape.i think prisoners should be allowed to escape earlier.
