"You can't rob/rape someone that just came out of jail"

Suggestion headline: Add a feature that when someone comes out of a jail, he can't be robbed/raped for 5 seconds.

Why should it be accepted: I don't quite think a lot of you here think this is important but it's actually just like with "you can't rob a nearly spawned player"(ofc its unfair). It doesn't happen a lot, but once i came out of jail and instantly got robbed good chunk of money. He knew i didnt have a lot of time left and he just waited at the place where i come out. Even tho it doesn't occur that often, it should still be forbbiden and it's option removed as its unfair, again, just like not being able to rob/rape on a nearly spawned player.
