I downloaded a skin, now it's not an auto installation.
So, I changed to name of the files to the name of the skin, replaced it and one of the skin didn't work, and the other one fucked up my gta.
So I re-installed my gta, but I want to put those skins.
Any option?

post the link of the skin mods and name the skins which u want to replace it with.

And replace it with Ryder.

rename your mod files like this "ryder.txd" and "ryder.dff"
Open alci'd img editor or spark, open your gta3 img file from it and out the above renamed mod files in it.

I did it like 3 times, and still nothing.

Don't forget to rebuild the archive!

Thanks guys, but nothing from you're help was right.
As I found in another web the reason:
In Ryder's skin there is a problem, you need to change also ryder2.txd/dff + ryder3.txd/dff.
And now its working.
