Suggestion headline: suggestion about /cuff

Importance of suggestion 10/10

Picture: irrelevant

Explanation part 1: okay so when you get cuffed and the cop caught you trying to break free the server says that you can't break cuffs because the cop caught you trying to break free, what I'm suggesting is to ether make it to where you can't cuff the criminal because the criminal is resisting arrest or maybe give the criminal some kind of system where they can break free even if the cop caught you but give it some kind of limitation so that it can't be abused. I'm thinking you should be able to do it at least twice because then it gives a slight fairness to the whole ordeal.

Explanation part 2: this one is more regarding AR. Okay so usually when you get cuffed you have 3 seconds or less to break free or from what I've seen. Honestly I feel we should extend the time for at least a 30 seconds before being able to use AR because it's almost like the second you get cuffed no matter how fast you type T /BC you're less likely to break free, again it makes it more fair.

All I'm basically suggesting it to give criminals little bit more of a chance to escape.

However, increase chances for a criminal to be able to break free from the cuffs.
As for the arresting wait, it won't work. Essentially, the cop has to type /ar [id], id usually being 2 numbers. So he has to type an average of 6 characters including the space before the criminal types /bc, which is just 3 characters. If the command was changed to /breakc, with a chance of failure let's say 50 or 60%, then that would be better. It'd be SOC vs SOC.

It happens but the whole key word you used is "sometimes" which means it isn't garanteed , it's like trying to break out of prison, you do have a slim chance but it's rare. Even with fast typing skills you still have a very slim chance. What I'm trying to suggest is make it to where you are able to do that a little more often then before.

I remember when I was SWAT, many suspects broke cuffs several times in a row and it is really the pain in the ass. If you are going to break a cuff in front of a SWAT officer, then I don't know who you are but you are not a human.

You know what chicken yesterday broke cuffs in a row like more than 5 times It's not like we can only /breakcuffs within 3 seconds when we get cuffed.

Extending to 30 secs is not right but i think 3 secs is way too less. What if theres little lag? That 3 secs are useless then.I use /bc all the time within 3 secs but i never managed to escape.I think it should be extended to 5 or 6 secs.
