So i close the gate, i not avoid be killed

Look carefully closed the gate "if you leave" the base

Although you have to close the gate while you enter or leave the base but you don't have to close it in 2 situations.
1: When you are wanted(criminal) and you're being chased by a cop and you enter the base to take weapons.
2: When you have a hit and you are outside the base but you return to take armor or weapons.

It's basically considered as gate abuse.
Robin you could have easily killed him when he closed the gate, because the gate isn't bulletproof but you wanted to report him so instead of killing him you decided to report him.
Anyhow, he has received a warning for abusing the gate. AllCopsAreBastars, your one more rule break will lead you to a kick from the group.
