Why should it be accepted: Well i saw weapon skill training a lots of time on other servers. By the way this is a Role-Play server and it should be added. I think we should have some work to do with weapons which is ''Training them'' to the higher skill, which is actually funny. Weapon Skill Training should be in Ammu-Nation and you can train every weapon you want. Also It's a new way to spend some money we have. Get some money, go to Ammu-Nation , train it. Well it should be a little bit expensive but a brand new thing that you can work with, especially for those players who are bored and who want to be stronger than others.
Every player which joins Ls-rcr,can buy a weapon(or they get it on the class selection)with full skill stats. Which is unfair a bit. Let's say an newbie can have all weapons with full skill, same as an experienced member who is playing a lot more on the server. Also it's fair to both Police and Robbers. Well i don't know what you guys think about this but, i think this is needed on this server.

I will definitely train there.

Weapons range -1 resetting the skill leaves me at neutral

So, basically make newbies unable to fight at all until they get some money? Terrible idea.

That's why i'm suggesting it lol. As i said in the topic, every newbie can join and have full weapon skill stats? Just like an member who is in Army , Swat etc? Every single player will have their weapons reset. Weapon skill training is not Purchasable by real money so it can be problem to players and new players. You can get money from paychecks or you can rob stores and players
We don't have to spend money on a lot of things and this is perfect to spend some money.
And like Duffey said you train weapons for Range, Speed,(i'm not sure about Damage)and moving with your weapon when you shoot.
