Reason:Well,basically he broke 2 rules.(Draged me into the base,S/O part duel and he dragged me.)

Other:At the first picture you can see him clearly that he dragged me into the base,However the evidence left over you can see that justifies it.(I mean at the evidence left over he shooted to my car then the car exploded then we were shooting each other then he dragged me)

Okay ! Frist of all i was kiddnaped by ifanta in ganton when i was chassing a suspect the nrg was close to me...well but when i released and after i dragged him the nrg respawn at the base... and this is a mistake from me and i said sorry and i released him to show him Good intention and to tell him i wasn't try to break the rules also i did that about a mistake !... in the snow-off as he said ! he was attacking me with tec9 i shooted his car two shoots and it's expolde without damage him than i didn't attack him with snow-off i tazed him !! +also no proof i'm attacking you with snow-off and i tazed you, i said i attacked the car without damage him. also i didn't shoot you when you are out of the car !! and beware what's you said and Do not accuse me with out a correct proof. i said what's i did without anylies i shooted him with 2shots to explode his car and he come out and the explode of car didn't damage him also he attacked me with snow-off and i didn't attack him i tazed him...+no profs i shooted you back with snow-off...and i didn't duel you or we are not in a middle of duel you who shooted me and i who tryed to arrest/drag you.

i told him sorry like everyone do a mistake also some swat members dragged me when the car respawned! and i understand it was a mistake and they said sorry and it's all clear but you did that as you which..
