Suggestion headline: Add permission to members to lock their report.

Why should it be accepted: I see at the report that most of the reported users are already banned and it takes off the admin time. So, why not, we lock the application ONLY if the user is already banned? That would not waste time to admins. Yeah, i know about the loopholes that the users can lock any report even that he is not banned. Well, by adding a harsh punishment to the one which locks the report before the user is banned is a good idea. It is easy to see. See the logs when the user is banned and see the logs when the member which did the report locked it (if he did). If the date of the lock was before the ban he gets the punish and if its not then nothing happens. The thing if we report someone, why would we want it not banned? That's why we make the report after all, because he is annoying our gameplay and reasons. The thing is to make players not break the rules and find loopholes to abuse it.

I'm gonna remain neutral since it might be helpful but it might get annoying for them since they might want to reply and they'll have to do an extra step to do so.

I would vote +1 if this meant locking your own topics in general.

I'd rather love to see this, IF the reporter and the reported come to a common conclusion (see car's report on Lumix for what I mean).
