You were cuffed for like 25 seconds. I came back and uncuffed. The reason why I could not do it earlier was because hitman ThinK. was shooting the hell out of everybody at the East Los Santos stadium. I just wanted to do a drugs check on you, because you were also trying to shoot people. It is really sneaky that you report me, when you know that I uncuffed you in less than 30 seconds.

Let an admin check the logs or tell the truth yourself. What is the point of lying in order to get someone else punished? It is sad. Robberzz I did not expect you would do something like this.

Well he did uncuff, but Apenbarcode, just try to go after wanted if there is wanteds, don't go up to every white named person to check for drugs, they usually tend to report if you don't uncuff fast enough.
