Suggestion headline: Remove the ability to kidnap while in car and the victim is outside the car

Why should it be accepted: No way a person can kidnap you while sitting in a car and you are outside a car. it gets annoying you are just walking around and all of a sudden you are kidnapped like ???? wtf. instead make it more realistic the kidnapper must come outside his car and then kidnap you , but his car must be close near by. i have no problem with kidnapping someone who is in your car but kidnapping while there are out the car is very unrealistic

This is better than remove /dkidnap

If thought about, he has a very valid point. Instead of removing /dkidnap, let the kidnapper have to get out and with the vehicle in a range of 1/3 or 1/4 of the minimap, and use /dkidnap such as the SWAT uses /drag, only with a lower range.

But maybe /tie and then /kidnap from outside the car will work, But then ties will be abused to kill LEO's while hunting and instead of the 99% fail rate from /dkidnap you would succeed in /tie(ng) someone and /kidnap(ping) them afterwards.
