Reason: It's better it's more easy because the new vote system making my brain huge damage because I need to to think what to say about the person and etc.

Imagine how will applications look like again... I don't understand what's so hard to write three sentences for each applicant?

Why are you that lazy to put at least a little bit of effort into your vote? With new voting formats you actually think about the person and if that person is good for the team. This is better as you carefully give your vote. Sometimes the person you vote positive for might not always be good for the team, but when you use current voting formats, you give it more thought, therefore making a favor to the SWAT team.
