-1 there are criminal who kidnap high ranking officials. It's just not widely talked about. So it's realistic.

Realism doesn't matyer in a CNR server, it can be nerft to a tieng and then kidnap system but then the ties would be abused.

I think it's good how it is.

could give dkidnap a longer cooldown and you shouldn't be able to driveby, it should operate like drag imo
