Rules regarding arresting suspects
[li]When you arrive at a suspects location try to get the suspect to give himself up by putting his hands in the air, if he does not comply then you are advised to taze the suspect. After the suspect has been cuffed you MUST then read the suspect their Miranda Rights. Those who shoot to kill will be suspended, as our aim is to protect civilians, not kill them. If suspects do have firearms, and are wielding, you may then have full permission to use your firearm, however if the civilian is un-armed, only a tazer can be used.[/li]
Rules regarding uniforms
[li]All recruits must wear tactical gear (COP) at all times. Operatives and above must wear some sort of professional uniform that represents ARES in a good way. (No hobo skins, clown skins) Those who are seen wearing inappropriate skins will be striked. A second strike will lead to a termination. It is also recommended you have a COP vest at all times. However, this isn't mandatory.[/li]
Rules regarding corruption
[li]Ares Defense Solutions is a privately owned security firm which isn't funded by the San Andreas Goverment meaning it can get away with certain wetwork operations. High command can carry out hits on certain individuals who are deemed as threats by the National Security Agency. We have a zero tolerance policy on non authorized corruption. An example of this would be uncuffing another law enforcement agency's suspect, murdering a member of another law enforcement agency, or disrupting the operations of any law enforcement agency. If you are found partaking in any unauthorized corruption your position in the Ares Defense Solutions will be on the line.[/li]
