Literally, anyone can evade a ban (no matter what website/game/etc), it's so simple and no, we can't ban you obviously if you're using VPNs.. It also seems that you're ban evading on an IP very similar to your own, well done, you have a dynamic IP, genius.

You're certainly not the first and you're not the last person who will ban evade, you just seem to be the person who has the most free time and seemingly the worst life if you're able to ban evade this much.
