New voting rule

Your suggestion: Add a rule that you may start voting on SWAT applications after 2 weeks since you got accepted.
Reason: Alright, this is simple. After you get accepted, you need to wait at least 2 weeks to be able to vote. Why? Because this is just too stupid. Some player gets accepted and he immediately after 1 minute votes on some other application without even knowing something about this guy, teaming or knowing SWAT voting rules. I've seen few Privates doing some mistakes while voting on applications and it really looks stupid, but am I the only one that sees it? That's why I'm suggesting this and please approve this so applications will be avoided from mistakes.
