Suggestion headline: Allow players to send money through website into their banks.

Why should we should accept it: I think we should allow players to send money from User Control Panel to a player's bank account. Just like we can send donation points through the User Control Panel by entering the name of the player and the amount. This means the player can receive money even when offline and it saves time.

By the way I don't think this was suggested before so I came up with this suggestion and hope you all agree!

This will be useful for the trading system that we're currently using - like buying and selling DPs through through the forums - I like this suggestion.

Maybe allow people to buy houses on the website as well - Say if they're signed in through the UCP, not sure if this would be a good idea or not I might suggest it.

This is currently being worked on over on the dev website. If you find a bug with it, report it. Don't abuse it.

This can be /locked as this is already accepted I suppose?
