OK, so.. Look carefully at this pic:

wtf?!

I managed to screenshot at right moment when it rapidly dropped from 99-100 to 50-60 FPS

I mean.. Look at that! GPU load is only 18% and temp is 41°C
CPU load is 25% and temp is 41°C
Also RAM is only 1GB on load, lol

Not even this time, almost on every 30secs it motherfuckin' drops.. and it's so fucking annoying when I duel, it drops and the guy which I'm dueling damage me more while my fps is being dropped.. ah

btw, I'm playing on 1920x1080x32 and everything is maxed. Draw distance anti-alaisiig too

I don't have any "critical" mods which may cause this crap happening.. I had one reflection car mod by ENB.. But I removed it today and almost everything is same except of fact that it used to drop MORE when i had that ENB mod... get it?

K, so..
Before all, I forgot to mention my PC specs:

i5-4460 3.4GHz
8GB RAM
GTX 750 Ti 2GB OC

Almost same just like e.e's, but he hasn't got any drops :disappointed2:


Btw, it is supposed to be always 99-100 because there's nothing of my components which may cause to drop my FPS anyways.. But from some reason, it does..

And, it drops from standard 100 FPS to 50 or 60 or 55.. Depends

My game freezes for a half second and then game resumes and my FPS is 100 again.. idk how to explain


Alsoo.. when I used to record any game with my shadowplay, the settings are usually:

When I record a video in 1080p60fps 50 bit rates.. Even during recording my fps drops like that and when I review the video which I recorded, it can be clearly seen and recognized that FPS drops and that lag which lasts for a half of sec..

I'll be honest with you, san andreas is so prone to frame drops as it is, I usually am on 100 or so and then may randomly drop down to like 70-80fps.

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say it's a bunch of mods you're using, if you can list the mods you're using maybe I can help you figure out which one(s) are causing the fps drops - Don't forget to mention CLEO mods!

Also, why are you using three FPS counters? :tongue2:

Hahaha well.. 1st one in right-upper corner is ShadowPlays.. 2nd in down-left corner is Fraps.. I use fraps only to take screenshots- Then 3rd one is Steam's. And last one is that RivaTuner's which shows all infos about current used components.. Very useful, I must admit.

OT: Well, I'm going first to list all mods installed I've got and then I'm gonna screenshot my CLEO and GTA SA directory and post here.


1. The mods which I've got installed:

- Deagle skin
- Deagle sound
- Shotgun sound
- Sniper skin
- Sniper sound
- Fist icon mod
- SWAT skin
- Homeless guy skin (ID 230)
- Font mod
- SENSFIX mod for adjusting aims (e.e's mod)
- Blue SAMPGUI
- HD map with names of locations + squere minimap shape (radarrect.asi)
- Effect mods


I think that's all.. As I said, I had some reflection mod by ENB, but I removed it today.

That mod prevents CROSSHAIR or AIM spreading during shooting..

Example: M4, Tec9

When u're shooting, aim is spreading..and it gets a bit imprecisely.. right?

But it doesn't help that much.. only benefit is that your crosshair is such small just like dot.. lol

Come on dude, you're gaining an unfair advantage by editing gun mechanics.

Oh God.. Do I require to record a video? To prove it's not giving ANY advantage to me that OTHER players don't have.. ?

If the weapon has no spread it's evidently easier to aim, it is not allowed if it removes spread.
