Defence: He is not banned from the server. He has got a clean record. When ever he joins(any nickname) the server a default message "You have been banned from the server" appears in the chat and the server connection closes. He is not banned by an admin. His IP starts from (182.182......)

It's a bug. Tell him to keep trying as it should solve itself out eventually. Resetting the internet may also help.

He has tried everything. I think it's IP related issue.

One of the possibilities is that a range ban could be the cause of this but at this time I'm unable to fully confirm or deny this. I'll refer this topic to Seniors so they can check it out.

Yeah that is what im talking about. Please check the range, my friend wants to play on the server with us

As he says, His ping is stable b/w 300-350. So there is no lag issue.
