Suggestion headline: When it says "Please wait before using this command again", it should then say in the bracket how much time before we can use it again

Why should it be accepted: So sometimes when i want to /fix, or /rob again but it says i'm exhausted, I wonder how much do I need to wait more before I can use it again. So it'd be great if it'd be like lets say: "You're exhausted, you can't rob someone again so soon(15 seconds left). So it's 15 seconds left before I can rob again. This should be added for /rob, /fix, /rape and other commands that have such cooldown.
