Your suggestion: Don't kick those who haven't responded to inactivity check.
Reason: Dude, you see that we are lacking of members and then you kick at least 5 of them every month?! After 5 months, I guess you we will have maximum 30 members, aren't you afraid of that? Therefore, if member doesn't respond on inactivity check... Give them 2 warnings, demote them or whatever.... just don't kick them.

I personally believe we should keep kicking for inactivity checks and I believe kicking these members was the right thing to do (it wouldn't have been right not to do it in my opinion - if so it should be announced beforehand). It has been standard procedure for years. I also believe in quality over quantity, it's a lot better to have fewer active members than more inactive ones.

Another thing worth mentioning is that inactive players can easily avoid inactivity checks by simply notifying SWAT staff about their activity through this section: viewforum.php?f=307

Less members less problems. Half of the players who got kicked don't even active in this game.

Some member's weren't kicked just for not responding on activity check, they had been warned before and their activity was still 0.
If a member is so inactive that he can't respond to inactivity check, he should post that at Status Update section..
