Suggestion headline: Add a questions sub forum in General Discusion
Picture: This is optional, but it would help us see your exact point also put the picture in this: Why should we accept this: People have a lot questions and tickets take time to answer, so why not members answer them?

As long as it doesn't turn into a cluster fuck and is set up properly then I guess a +1

Not needed we have support tickets /ask and the bar that can all be used

We have support ticket as duffey said and you can pm any tag or even non tag member as well for any kind of questions related to the server

This is very true, most players submit a support ticket or use the bar anyways.

Just PM admins on forums and if they don't reply within seconds, create a topic on the bar with a title of hashtag #StaffReform.

why don't we just get rid of the bar and make a sub forum for everything. -1
