as flacko has pointed out in the general discussion, the voting on this application is absurd. the applicant has met all the sa army requirements and has produced good test results. people have judged him on his "inexperience", which is very unreasonable as he is in compliance with the minimum standards you have set for your own faction.
either the high command needs to raise the minimum standards for inexperience to be a factor in the denial of an application or army members need to be taught how to correctly assess applications and applicants. inexperience is not a valid factor for denial regardless of his days played, hours played, etc. due to the minimum requirements set by yourselves.
p.s. i don't know who this applicant is, but i am voicing a fair opinion
