Suggestion headline: Adding a new criminal faction

Why should it be accepted: So there is two cop/good factions which are the Army and the S.W.A.T.
but there isnt any criminal factions actually , pagati is not considered as a criminal faction becuase you need to be a pro role player and its not required for the cop/good factions and also you can't really apply for pagati they have to chose you , it's not fair for the players whom they like to play the criminal part and don't like role playing . We want criminal faction same as the Army and swat , Bases[zones] private vehicles , skins , and so on ! . And the big thing is that you can apply for it and you dont need to be a role player . Thank you

You don't have to be a pro-rper to join pagati, you need to have decent rp knowledge and ask for an appointment with an underboss +, and you'll continue with the test.

OT: This has been suggested multiple times and people have actually had great ideas of how it would be ran and stuff.

+1. What about adding a rule that you are not allowed to be in any faction if you are in Criminal faction?

There is already some criminal related groups.

Drastic should only approve Akatsuki. A faction must be created and leaded by a Senior Administrator. We have CX in Akatsuki. Akatsuki should be faction, everything is perfect there!
